It makes his company’s $22 million investment seem a little manini.

Will Ferrell, Kevin James, Chris Tucker, Gabrielle Union, Daughtry and many others joined Bon Jovi for Tiger Jam X, raising more than $1.5 million for the Tiger Woods Foundation. In addition to the concert the rich and famous bid on auctions that included a putting lesson with Tiger for $95,000, a trip to the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing for $125,000, lunch with Bon Jovi went for $64,000 and a Tiger Woods autographed Buick Enclave was sold for $50,000.

Mark Noorzai president of The Las Vegas Sports & Entertainment Group says Vegas is ready for an MLS expansion team. In addition to the $35 million expansion fee they are prepared to build a $500 million retractable-roof stadium, practice fields and other amenities on 200 acres of land.

Another NBA event coming to Las Vegas… the 2007 NBA Summer League features the top free agents and 2007 Drafts. The 21 NBA teams and the Chinese National Team will compete over 10 days, starting July 6^th at the Thomas & Mack Center and the Cox Pavilion on the campus of the University of Nevada Las Vegas.
