We were unable to find a complete list of Megabucks winners. IGT (the manufacturer of the game) was not responsive so we compiled this list from past newspaper and web articles.

Here’s a quick synopsis of what we know about the Megabucks Machine;

The machine has changed the lives of 64 people. There are 65 winners but Elmer Sherwin is the only person to have won twice (hopefully that wasn’t your or my turn).

There are two winners from Hawaii John Tippin # 39 and Amy Nishimura #60.

The biggest jackpot ever won was 39,713,982 on a $100 investment.

Most winners put less than $100 in the machine, one person hit on their first ($3.00) pull.

The Megabucks Jackpot is paid out as a 25 year annuity.
